Quarles & Brady Named in 2015 Working Mother and Flex-Times Lawyers Best Law Firms for Women
MILWAUKEE, Wis. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced its recognition among the 50 Best Law Firms for Women 2015 by Working Mother magazine and Flex-Time Lawyers. This is the third consecutive year the firm has been honored.
For several years, Working Mother magazine has honored law firms that demonstrate a respect for and a commitment to work/life balance. The firms on its annual list are recognized for their family-friendly policies, as well as career and business initiatives that help retain young women attorneys and advance them into the leadership pipeline.
Quarles & Brady is a leader in mentoring and developing outstanding attorneys, with percentages of women and diverse partners and associates exceeding national averages. Women and diverse attorneys head four of the firm's 10 offices, including its largest, and hold numerous other positions of authority as well. In October 2013, Kimberly Leach Johnson became the first female chair at Quarles & Brady in the firm's 120-year history, a position held by a very small number of women attorneys across the country.
