Quarles & Brady featured in "Split Duties: Firms Large and Small Transitioned to Multi-Attorney Leadership in 2020"
The American Lawyer featured an article that discussed how several law firms, both small and large, have adopted a multi-attorney leadership model to better focus on clients' needs. In the article, Quarles & Brady was highlighted for its leadership transition last fall, when managing partner Mike Aldana was joined by Brad Vynalek in the newly created role of firm president.
Below is an excerpt:
“We have been talking about what succession would look like,” Aldana said in an interview in September. “It showed us we need to focus on the firm and the internal management of it, but we also need someone who is specifically focused on our clients. Brad and I will overlap, but his role plays to his strengths in client development and relationships.”
