Quarles & Brady Employees Receive Wisconsin Law Journal's Unsung Heroes Award
Milwaukee — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that four of the firm's employees have received Wisconsin Law Journal Unsung Heroes Awards.
The Unsung Heroes Awards honor the support staff who work hard behind the scenes for local attorneys and play a significant role in contributing to the success of law firms.
The following Quarles & Brady employees were honored with the Unsung Heroes Award:
- Joan Bernaden is a Legal Secretary/Work Coordinator for the Product Liability and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups and has been an employee of Quarles & Brady for 33 years. Bernaden was selected as an Unsung Hero for her passion for protecting and advancing clients' best interests. In addition to secretarial work and client support, she serves the firm by working in a myriad of administrative positions with other secretaries.
- Jennifer Dedolph is a Senior Legal Research Specialist at Quarles & Brady. As a member of the library team, she provides research service for attorneys and clients. Dedolph is also responsible for monitoring all research requests sent to the library and ensures they are completed by the team in an efficient and timely matter.
- James Livingston is a Facilities Manager and has worked at the firm since 1986. Livingston started his career at the firm as a mailroom clerk and worked his way up to Facilities Manager where he is responsible for making sure the firm's Milwaukee office meets the needs of and provides services for firm employees. He is recognized for his exceptional customer service and commitment to excellence.
- Laura Olsen has been at Quarles & Brady for over 11 years and currently serves as a Senior Legal Research Specialist. In her role she conducts legal and non-legal research and serves as the research liaison for the firm's national Health Law practice group, Intellectual Property Law practice group, and Data Privacy & Security industry team.
The Wisconsin Law Journal honored 21 Unsung Heroes at an event on December 5, 2019 at the Grain Exchange in Milwaukee.
