Quarles & Brady Attorneys Named Among Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona for 2020
Phoenix, — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that partners Heather Buchta and Bradley Vynalek have been named Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona. They are featured in the March/April issue of Az Business Magazine and were recognized at a reception last night in Phoenix.
Az Business magazine's Top 100 Lawyers are compiled each year by using an independent algorithm that weighs professional ratings, accomplishments and industry impact to determine the 100 most prolific attorneys in Arizona.
Heather Buchta is the Phoenix Office Chair of the Intellectual Property group and a member of the Data Privacy & Security industry practice group. She focuses her practice on software agreements (ASP, SaaS, downloadable and custom development), IT outsourcing, internet terms and conditions, internet privacy policies, and copyright and trademark matters. Buchta holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
Stephanie Quincy is the Chair of the Labor & Employment practice group in the Phoenix office and focuses her practice on employment litigation matters. She also has extensive trial experience as well as handling class action and multi-plaintiff lawsuits. Quincy counsels employers on a variety of employment law matters, including covenants not to compete, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and defamation. Quincy holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas.
Brad Vynalek is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and is on the team responsible for the management and administration of the firm. He is also a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group and serves as a counselor and advisor on strategy, exposure, and enterprise opportunity for clients ranging from local start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He works closely with law departments to create and manage budgets and create optimal teams for a variety of legal services in the banking, high-tech, internet, software, manufacturing, e-commerce, health care, higher education, and tech transfer industries. And, he also leads innovation efforts for the firm. Vynalek received his Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona-James E. Rogers College of Law.
