Quarles & Brady Again Recognized as One of “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality” by Human Rights Campaign Foundation
Firm Earns Perfect Corporate Equality Index Score for Eighth Year in a Row
Milwaukee — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced it has received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The firm has received a perfect score every year since 2015.
The CEI is a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) workplace equality.
"At Quarles & Brady, we have a commitment to provide an inclusive environment for everyone and are proud of our programs and policies that support our LGBTQ+ colleagues," said Zachary Eastburn, co-chair of the firm's LGBTQ+ business relations group. "This ongoing recognition by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation underscores that we are on the right track and showcases the importance of continued growth and progress when it comes to DEI."
The CEI evaluates LGBTQ+-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ+ community.
