Quarles & Brady Adds Real Estate Attorney Eric Wanner to Phoenix Office

Phoenix — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that attorney Eric Wanner has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Real Estate and Land Use practice group of its Phoenix office.

Wanner has focused his practice on a wide array of commercial real estate transactions throughout the country, and has assisted clients in developing, acquiring, selling, leasing, restructuring, and financing luxury multifamily communities, office buildings, retail centers, and industrial parks, among others. Wanner has represented a variety of clients, including institutional owners and investors, developers, restaurant owners and operators, and retailers.

Prior to entering private practice, Wanner clerked for a Chief Justice Rebecca White Berch of the Arizona Supreme Court. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
