Quarles & Brady Adds Public Finance Lawyer Nathan Fronk to Milwaukee Office

Milwaukee — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Nathan Fronk has joined the firm's Public Finance practice group in its Milwaukee office as Partner.

Fronk focuses his practice on public finance and commercial finance matters with an emphasis in tax-exempt bond transactions for 501(c)(3) organizations. He represents conduit issuers, underwriters, purchasers and borrowers on taxable and tax-exempt bond transactions for educational institutions, health systems, manufacturing facilities, senior living facilities and affordable housing.

Additionally, Fronk has experience in numerous banking, business and real estate matters. He received his Bachelor of Arts, with highest distinction, from the University of Wisconsin, his Master of Arts from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
