Quarles & Brady Adds New Class of Partners
Milwaukee — National law firm Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that 16 attorneys across the firm have been elected new partners, effective October 1.

The new partners are:
Christopher T. Dang, a member of the Health Law Practice Group in the firm's Phoenix office. He counsels a range of health care industry clients from individuals and start-ups to established institutions. He regularly advises clients on FDA and DEA regulations as well as the professional practice requirements governing pharmacies, pharmacy benefit managers, physicians and nurses. He also assists health care clients navigate mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracting and business restructuring issues. Dang received his bachelor of arts and juris doctor from the University of Arizona.
Noel J. Davies, a member of the Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group in Naples, Fla. He represents developers in all facets of land development, from due diligence for acquisitions to public hearing representation, including state and local government relations with respect to site plan approvals, permitting, zoning, wetlands and environmental issues. Davies also has a transactional commercial and residential real estate practice, including closing and title services. He received a bachelor of music degree from the University of Florida and his juris doctor from Florida State University.
Lindsey W. Davis, a Milwaukee-based member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her practice covers issues involving counseling, discipline, and discharge of employees, as well as litigation of state and federal employment discrimination claims. She has extensive experience in the areas of disability law and family medical leave. Additionally, Davis helps education institutions navigate compliance with various federal and state laws. She received a bachelor of arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a juris doctor from William and Mary.
James E. Goldschmidt, a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Milwaukee. His practice focuses on appellate and regulatory matters, with active involvement in energy law, environmental litigation, and utility property disputes. He helps clients win complex cases by crafting clear, persuasive legal briefs and arguments in both civil and regulatory appeals. Goldschmidt received both his bachelor of arts and his juris doctor from Harvard University.
Benjamin W. Graff, a Phoenix-based member of the Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group. With extensive experience in government relations and Arizona politics, he leads the firm's land use, zoning, and municipal government relations team. Graff has become one of the preeminent attorneys furthering creative downtown infill development and has vast experience with zoning and entitling projects. He received his bachelor of arts and juris doctor from the University of Arizona.
Noelle A. Granitz, a member of the Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group in Milwaukee. She coordinates complex business transactions for clients, including acquisitions and dispositions of investment real estate, corporate real estate holdings, office buildings, multi-family residential complexes, and other commercial real estate properties. She also drafts and negotiates commercial lease agreements for landlords and tenants. Granitz received her bachelor of arts from the University of Washington and her juris doctor from Marquette University.
Joseph T. Kohn, a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Naples, Fla. He has experience in a wide range of matters, from representing individuals and small business owners in local real estate disputes to defending large companies in product liability and antitrust class actions. Kohn focuses on complex real estate and business disputes, including financial services litigation, consumer protection claims and title disputes. He received a bachelor of arts from Middlebury College and a juris doctor from Fordham University.
Brandon M. Krajewski, a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Practice Groups in the Milwaukee office. He has broad experience in both business and IP disputes involving UCC transactions, trade secrets, unfair competition, breach of contract, business torts, patent litigation, and other commercial issues. He received his bachelor of arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his juris doctor from the University of San Diego.
Courtney S. Lynch, a member of the Business Law Practice Group in Indianapolis. She has extensive transactional and deal experience in the areas of affordable housing, religious activities, health care, and education. She regularly advises clients in the acquisition, financing, development, and operation of assets for community-based organizations. Lynch has specific experience representing tax credit investors and syndicators and church extension funds. She received her bachelor of arts from DePauw University and her juris doctor from Indiana University.
Keely F. Morton, a member of the Product Liability Practice Group in Naples, Fla. She practices in the areas of product liability, general liability, and personal injury litigation, and routinely manages matters from initial claims through trial and appeal. Morton has represented manufacturers of a wide range of products including motorcycles, automobiles, medical devices, plumbing products, exercise equipment, lawn mowers, diesel engines, construction equipment, and packaged beverages. She received a bachelor of science and juris doctor from the University of Florida.
Benjamin C. Nielsen, a Phoenix-based member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He serves clients with a wide variety of legal issues, including serving as a trusted advisor on areas of strategy, legal and regulatory compliance, and risk exposure. He handles all areas of business litigation, contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, mortgage disputes, tax lien foreclosures, and has defended clients in multiple class-action lawsuits nationwide. Nielsen received a bachelor of arts from Northern Arizona University and a juris doctor from the University of Arizona.
Parwana Noorzad, a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in the Indianapolis office. She represents a variety of domestic and international manufacturers in product liability litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. Noorzad also serves as national coordinating counsel for large manufacturers overseeing hundreds of cases in more than thirty states. Prior to joining Quarles & Brady, Noorzad was a deputy prosecutor for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, Special Victim’s Unit, where she prosecuted major felony cases. She received her bachelor of arts and juris doctor from Indiana University.
Lara M. Rhodes, a member of the Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group in Phoenix. She focuses on the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real estate, portfolio transactions and commercial leasing. Her work includes representation of real estate investors on the acquisition, development and disposition of retail and mixed use properties, as well as representation of landlords in connection with drafting and negotiating office, retail and restaurant leases. Rhodes received her bachelor of science from Drexel University and her juris doctor from Arizona State University.
Alicia L. Taylor, a member of the Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice Group in Naples, Fla. She practices in the areas of estate, tax, and business succession planning, as well as estate and trust administration. She places an emphasis on understanding her clients’ specific family circumstances to assist in identifying, prioritizing, and achieving their long-term estate planning goals. Taylor received bachelor of science, juris doctor and master of laws degrees from the University of Florida.
Elizabeth A. Trachtman Villa, an Indianapolis-based member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Her practice has been national in scope, with a focus on business disputes, and in particular those involving restrictive covenant, trade secret and commercial contracts. She has represented corporate clients in various federal and state courts and participated in jury trials resulting in defense verdicts. She received her bachelor of arts and juris doctor degrees from Indiana University.
William A. Walden, a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the firm's Chicago office. He defends clients in employment litigation and government agency investigations. William also advises management on employment compliance matters, such as workplace health and safety; data privacy in employment; disability accommodations and leave management; wage and hour issues; and internal investigations. William received a bachelor of arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a juris doctor from Northwestern University.
