Quarles Achieves Mansfield Certification for 2023-24

Quarles & Brady LLP has achieved Mansfield Certification for the fourth consecutive year. Operated by Diversity Lab, Mansfield is a year-long, structured certification process designed to ensure all talent at law firms has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership.

Mansfield aims to creates a level playing field for all by focusing on opening the door wider and ensuring that opportunities for advancement are transparent and inclusive for everyone. This includes asking that participating firms track and establish goals to increase the talent pool being considered for leadership roles so these opportunities are accessible to underrepresented groups.
