Public Finance Attorney Tim Hinchman Joins Quarles & Brady's Chicago Office as Partner

Chicago — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Tim Hinchman has joined the firm's Public Finance Practice Group in the Chicago office as Partner.

Hinchman focuses his practice on municipal law and finance for a variety of municipalities and private entities. He serves his clients in many roles, including bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, issuer’s counsel, disclosure counsel, special counsel, borrower’s counsel, and legislative counsel. Hinchman also represents clients in various matters before Chicagoland courts, commissions and review boards.

Before joining Quarles & Brady, Hinchman began his legal career in real estate law, and has served as general counsel to area real estate development firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Juris Doctor at UIC John Marshall Law School.
