Phoenix Partners Leonardo Loo and Amy Cotton Peterson Named Az Business Leaders 2022

Phoenix — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Phoenix office managing partner Leonardo Loo and Health & Life Sciences Practice Group national chair Amy Cotton Peterson have been named AzBusiness Leaders 2022 by AZ Big Media.

The 2022 issue of Az Business Leaders profiles Arizona's most respected and influential business leaders, who were selected from a pool of more than 5,000 of the best entrepreneurs and Arizona business leaders in healthcare, real estate, construction, education banking, financial services, manufacturing, technology and law.

Loo is a member of the firm's Business Law and International Services Law Practice Groups. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, international transactions, securities and general corporate law. Loo currently serves on the board of directors for Chicanos Por La Causa and the Arizona Community Foundation, and is general counsel for the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Cotton Peterson’s practice focuses on health care transactions, regulatory and compliance issues, business development and provider defense. Beyond her law practice, Cotton Peterson is a licensed physical therapist and an executive board member of Chrysalis, a nonprofit organization with a mission to end domestic violence.
