Partner Eric Wanner Named Arizona Chair of Quarles & Brady's Real Estate Practice Group

Phoenix — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that partner Eric Wanner has been named Arizona chair of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group.

Wanner, based in the firm’s Phoenix office, focuses his practice on a wide array of commercial real estate transactions throughout the country. He assists clients in developing, acquiring, selling, leasing, restructuring and financing luxury multifamily communities, office buildings, retail centers, industrial parks and more.

Wanner's practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, construction agreements, architectural and other design agreements, leases, easements, restrictive covenants and other documentation. He was named to the Best Lawyers in America® Ones to Watch for 2021.
