Partner Courtney Lynch Named Indianapolis Chair of Business Law Practice Group

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that partner Courtney Lynch has been named Indianapolis office chair of the Business Law Practice Group.

Lynch is a business and nonprofit attorney who guides clients through a variety of transactional matters, focusing on the areas of affordable housing, religious and charitable activities, small business and health care. She assists clients with entity formation, corporate governance, tax exemptions, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and contract preparation and negotiation.

Lynch has been listed on Indiana Super Lawyers® Rising Stars in the Nonprofit Organizations category since 2017 and Best Lawyers in America® "Ones to Watch" in the Nonprofit/Charities Law category since 2021. She is a member of professional and civic organizations including the Executive Women in Finance, Association for Corporate Growth - Indiana and the American Bar Association's Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law.
