Pamela Lundborg Accepted Into 2024 Leadership Collier Program

Naples, Fla. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Pamela Lundborg, a Business Law associate in the firm’s Naples, Fla., office, has been accepted into the 2024 Leadership Collier program.

Lundborg represents clients throughout the entire mergers and acquisitions (M&A) process, including planning, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating the closing process. She also advises corporate clients on all aspects of commercial transactions, including contracts, business operations, corporate succession planning and asset protection. She has been listed on the Florida and Upstate New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2020 and 2017 in the Business and Corporate group.
