Nancy Peterson Named a 2019 "Leader in the Law" by Wisconsin Law Journal

Milwaukee, WI — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Nancy Peterson, a partner in the firm's Milwaukee office, has been named to the 2019 "Leaders in the Law" list by the Wisconsin Law Journal.

The "Leaders In The Law" Award recognizes the top Wisconsin attorneys who are most influential in their practice area among clients and colleagues and have a strong commitment to their community. A total of 21 lawyers from across the state were selected for the award.

Peterson is a member of the firm's Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group, where she advises manufacturers, utilities and family-held businesses on effectively managing environmental liabilities, including multi-million dollar exposures due to historic contamination of property.  Additionally, she is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Peterson is the Past Board Chair of Women's Fund of Greater Milwaukee and a Board Member of Early Music Now and The Ice Age Trail Alliance.

Peterson and the other honorees will be recognized on Thursday, February 21, during the dinner awards event at the Marcus Performing Arts Center.
