Michele Washington, Sargina Desargones and Lennox Mark Selected to LCLD 2025 Programs

News Release

Quarles & Brady attorneys Michele Washington, Sargina Desargones and Lennox Mark have been chosen to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2025 Fellows and Pathfinders programs. This year’s participation marks the firm’s 16th year as a member of LCLD.

The LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who are committed to creating an environment where all talent has the opportunity to thrive. Their action programs are designed to attract, inspire and nurture the talent in society and within their organizations, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.

Washington, a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Denver office, will participate in the LCLD Fellows program. The Fellows program — designed for high-potential, mid-career attorneys — provides professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building opportunities and access to LCLD members.

Desargones, a Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditor's Rights associate in the firm’s Phoenix office, and Mark, an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in Chicago, will participate in the LCLD Pathfinders program. Pathfinders connects high-potential, early career attorneys, with foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources during a seven-month professional development program.
