Mary Ann Murray Joins Quarles & Brady's Real Estate Practice Group

CHICAGO, Ill. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Mary Ann Murray has joined the firm's Chicago office as a partner in its Real Estate Practice Group.
Murray focuses her practice on complex commercial and financial transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, asset-based and construction financings, and the acquisition and development of commercial and residential real estate. She has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, bank counsel, issuer's counsel, and borrower's counsel for tax-exempt, taxable financial transactions and conduit financings.
She received her law degree from St. Louis University and her bachelor's degree from William Woods College.
