Jeffrey H. Wolf Appointed to Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix Board of Directors
PHOENIX, AZ — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Jeffrey H. Wolf, a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office, has been appointed to the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix (BGCMP). In this role, Wolf will be responsible for sharing mission and direction, ensuring leadership and resources, and monitoring and improving performance through participation, governance, leadership, and fundraising.
“As someone who grew up in a family of limited means and a father myself, joining this board took on personal meaning to me,” says Wolf, who also has served in leadership role in other Valley non-profit organizations. “The Clubs’ mission—to help kids achieve their full potential—is something I focus on instilling at home each day. It was a perfect fit for me to help an organization that needs people to step up and do it.”
For more than 25 years, Wolf has regularly represented franchisors, manufacturers, and marketers of products and services in a wide range of legal matters. He has extensive experience handling cases involving claims for breach of contract, employment disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and trademark infringement, and he frequently speaks and publishes articles on related topics. Wolf has been listed as a Legal Eagle by Franchise Times magazine each year since 2004 and in The Best Lawyers in America®and Southwest Super Lawyers®each year since 2007, and was recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers®as one of the Top 50 attorneys in Arizona in 2012 and 2013. He earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford.
