Firm’s DEI Efforts Recognized with LCLD Compass Award

Milwaukee – The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) announced today that Quarles & Brady is among the firms to receive its 2021 Compass Award, which recognizes individuals and organizations that have met key criteria aimed at creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.

Compass Award recipients met each of the following criteria in one calendar year:

• Attended the 2020 LCLD annual membership meeting, the 2021 Leadership Summit and/or submitted a Leader’s Pledge.
• Participated in the LCLD Fellows program.
• Participated in the LCLD Pathfinder program.
• Participated in one of the LCLD Pipeline programs – either the 1L Scholars program or the Success in Law School Mentoring program.

LCLD is one of the nation’s leading organizations promoting diversity and consists of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners -- the leadership of the profession -- who have dedicated themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
