Experienced Tribal Law Attorney Jason Croxton Joins Quarles Phoenix Office

August 7, 2023 (Phoenix) -- Jason Croxton, a citizen of the Navajo Nation who has spent more than a decade helping clients navigate an array of tribal law matters, has joined the Quarles & Brady Phoenix office as senior counsel in the Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group.

Croxton provides guidance to Indian tribes and tribal entities in transactional matters related to economic development, housing and business oversight. He has experience working on behalf of clients located in Indian Country through Arizona and other areas of the Southwest and has worked with approximately one-third of the 22 tribes in Arizona.

Before joining Quarles, Croxton was general counsel for the Navajo Housing Authority, responsible for providing guidance to the Navajo Nation’s Tribally Designated Housing Entity. He also has served as in-house counsel for a tribal governmental entity that manages enterprises and properties.

Croxton earned his B.S. and J.D. from Arizona State University.
