Equipment Leasing and Finance Association Honors Brittany Ogden

Quarles & Brady Madison partner Brittany Ogden has been selected as the recipient of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s (ELFA) 2022 Michael J. Fleming Distinguished Service Award. The award honors people who have made noteworthy contributions to ELFA and the equipment finance industry.

Ogden, the national co-chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, & Creditor's Rights Practice Group, has been an ELFA member for almost two decades, serving on numerous member committees, educating ELFA members on industry legal matters, speaking on various panels at the ELFA Legal Forum and writing articles for Equipment Leasing & Finance Magazine.

Ogden also is active with the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation and serves as a member of the editorial review board for the foundation’s Journal of Equipment Lease Financing and is a donor to the foundation.

In a news release announcing the award, ELFA President Ralph Petta said, “Brittany’s many contributions—from lending her expertise on industry legal matters to supporting the association’s advocacy program—are a perfect example of the kind of volunteer member engagement this award was established to recognize. We are thrilled to present this award to Brittany.”
