Daniel Young Joins Quarles & Brady's Business Law Practice Group

PHOENIX, Ariz. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Daniel Young has joined the firm’s Business Law Practice Group as a partner. Mr. Young will continue practicing in Arizona, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, closely-held, family, emerging, and technology businesses, real estate, employment, and trust and estates matters. Mr. Young serves as outside general counsel is a trusted advisor to businesses regarding international ventures, joint ventures, e-commerce, negotiations, and intellectual property. His clients range from professional services, financial institutions, retail, health care, manufacturing, and technology. 

He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law and his bachelor's degree in finance from Marquette University.
