Brown Named as Quarles & Brady Naples Chair of Commercial Litigation
NAPLES, FLA. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Benjamin B. Brown, a partner in the firm’s Naples office, has been named as Chair of the Naples Commercial Litigation Group.

Brown practices at both the trial-court and appellate levels. He represents local and national lenders, loan servicers, contractors, professional fiduciaries, and other sophisticated parties and focuses his practice on complex business and real estate disputes, including title litigation, creditor rights matters, probate and trust litigation, and insurance disputes.
Brown is Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar. Only board certified attorneys are allowed to hold themselves out as experts in their fields. Only 7 percent of eligible Florida Bar members are board certified.
Brown received his J.D. (cum laude, 2005) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. (2000) from Princeton University. He also earned a Certificate from the Quarles & Brady Leadership Program at the Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. Brown has received several professional honors, such as inclusion in the Florida Super Lawyers ® - Rising Stars (2009 - 2016).
