Bernard Kearney Returns to Quarles & Brady as Partner in Milwaukee Office
MILWAUKEE — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Bernard Kearney will return to the firm as a partner in the Milwaukee office.
Kearney focuses his practice on business law in all aspects of real estate law. Specifically, he has an emphasis in commercial land development, investment, construction and leasing. His most recent experiences focused on private equity real estate, corporate real estate portfolio management, HUD lending, partnership and joint ventures, construction and REIT portfolio management.
Kearney is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for real estate law every year since 2012, when he was named Best Lawyers’ 2012 Milwaukee Real Estate Law Lawyer of the Year. Kearney was also selected for inclusion in Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Stars Editions for real estate from 2006-2010.
Kearney received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Marquette University. He went on to get his Master of Arts from the University of Texas and his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law, with honors. He also received the Quarles & Brady Leadership Program certificate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
