He played a prominent role in securing the approval for The Ritz Carlton in Paradise Valley as well as UMOM New Day Center's newly opened affordable housing project, He also recently obtained the entitlements necessary for Sonora West Development to build a luxury multi-family development on 48th Street just south of Culver Street.
