Accomplished Trademark Attorney Joins Quarles & Brady's Intellectual Property Practice
MADISON, Wis. — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that Lori Meddings has joined the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm’s Madison office.
Meddings has a rich history of counseling and assisting clients on a wide variety of trademark prosecution and enforcement matters. Meddings handles opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), where she has represented clients in numerous fully briefed cases resulting in final decisions. Lori has been successful in registering and enforcing trade dress, in particular color trade dress, in the U.S. and other jurisdictions.
She possesses an international roster of clients in Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Korea, and the United Kingdom. Meddings has found a focal point in fighting counterfeit goods, specifically in China, handling matters surrounding products that are produced and sold in China, as well as products sold worldwide.

Meddings received her law degree from Marquette University Law School and her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin.
