Workforce Housing – If You Build It They Will Come

Thomas Cameron and Amy Harriman will be presenting at the WCMA Winter Conference on March 1. Their presentation titled, "Workforce Housing – If You Build It They Will Come," will cover:

• What workforce housing is and how it differs from affordable housing
• The tools found in state law, state authorities or other resources for local governments to encourage, incentivize or pay for workforce housing projects and how those tools can be implemented
• Challenges that local governments currently face in addressing workforce housing and some potential solutions.
