Program Overview:
In addition to the public health emergency that COVID-19 has wreaked across many tribes in Indian Country, the economic impact has affected almost every tribe. As Congress considers additional federal responses to mitigate and recover from such economic impacts through clean energy development, Indian tribes can take advantage of current federal programs and authorities that may already provide solutions to address immediate impacts on tribal utilities and tribal clean energy development.
