The Shifting Sands of Non-Compete Law: What Missouri Employers Need to Know

Jason Stavely will be speaking at the Missouri Employment Conference on May 1. His presentation titled, "The Shifting Sands of Non-Compete Law: What Missouri Employers Need to Know," will explore the rapidly evolving landscape of non-compete law and how Missouri employers can protect their interests when utilizing and evaluating restrictive covenants agreements. It will discuss compliance strategies, litigation trends and methods for protecting employer interests outside of using restrictive covenants agreements. This session will also address recent federal and state developments, including FTC and NLRB actions and expectations for the incoming administration.
