Their presentation titled, "Take a Chance on Me: Best Hiring, Recruiting and Background-Check Practices," will cover the do's and don'ts of interviewing, including helpful situational and behavioral interview questions to find the best person for the job and avoid liability. They will also discuss the new requirements of SB 1162 as it relates to salary listings in job postings.
