Software Licensing Series - Part 2 - SaaS Licensing

Partner Heather Buchta will be a speaker at a Licensing Executives Society webinar, hosted by the Wisconsin Chapter. In her presentation, she will discuss legal issues related to providing software as a service (SaaS). Other topics include, differences between SaaS and traditional software licensing models, the scope of use and access rights under a SaaS model, rights to data, cyber security, usage metrics, uptime and performance warranties, issue response and resolution, contract termination, assignment and transferability, and warranties and limitations of liability.
