Pricing Disputes in an Inflationary Economy

Brandon Krajewski, Christina Snider and Jacque Westling will be presenting at an ACC San Diego webinar on May 14. Their presentation titled, "Pricing Disputes in an Inflationary Economy," will discuss common pricing disputes that arise among businesses and their customers and suppliers during an inflationary economy. Other topics will include common arguments made by both customers and suppliers in pricing disputes, as well steps businesses can take at the contract negotiation and management stage to make sure they are well-positioned in the event of a pricing dispute.
