Kimberly Johnson was on a panel of law firm partners and general counsel that shared the steps they are taking to interrupt bias in the compensation process to ensure equitable compensation in their organizations and the law firms they hire. Panelists discussed tactics to negotiate compensation, including things women should ask for during salary negotiation.
