NLRB Closes Decade with a Bang! Learn How the Board's Recent Decisions and Rulemakings May Impact Employers in 2020
*** NLRB WEBINAR - POSTPONED ***
We are aware that our clients are in the midst of dealing with an unprecedented situation due to the coronavirus pandemic. As a result, we have decided to postpone this webinar to a future date. All webinar RSVPs will be notified once it is rescheduled.
While we are rescheduling the webinar, we are available to assist with any questions you may have, whether related or not to the pandemic. We wish you and your colleagues good health during this challenging time.
Program Overview:
Last year, the National Labor Relations Board overturned and/or revised several key Obama-era rules and precedents under the National Labor Relations Act. Our discussion will help employers understand how the Board's recent decisions and rulemaking efforts may impact their business operations. We will also cover what we expect to see from the Board in 2020. Time to answer questions is planned at the end of the presentation.
Speakers:
Judith Williams-Killackey, Partner, Quarles & Brady LLP
Steve Kruzel, Associate, Quarles & Brady LLP
