• How you might recognize an employee's need for an accommodation, when and how to properly engage in the interactive process and how to select appropriate accommodations.
• Employee burnout issues that have persisted since the COVID-19 pandemic, and how you can best cope with low employee morale that has impacted employee wellness.
• Specific accommodations for certain types of functional limitations that you should keep in mind for future accommodation requests.
