Labor & Employment Breakfast Series | Leave Law Challenges – You Will Survive

Seminar
Milwaukee Office
 | 07:30 am - 09:30 am

Time:

7:30 - 8:00 a.m. Breakfast and Registration

8:00 - 9:30 a.m. Program

Program Overview: When you hear “FMLA,” do you want to crumble, lay down and die? Do thoughts of the ADA leave you petrified? Come watch Lindsey and Mike show you the moves allowing you to dance your way through the toughest leave law issues, as they discuss real-world scenarios with each other and you. We’ll help ensure you’re not done wrong by shifty dance partners like intermittent leave, mandatory reassignment, light duty, and the ever-expanding ADAAA. We’ll even throw in a few bonus strobe effects, including tips on the right moves involving transgender and gender reassignment.

Spin your way through this latest installment of our Labor & Employment Breakfast series, which will include practical tips ensuring that you command the dance floor while leave law troubles turn around and walk out the door. Platform shoes not included.

Registrations must be received by Friday, April 29, 2016.

Who Should Attend? This seminar is designed for in-house counsel, human resources professionals, and other interested executives.

We will apply for 1.5 hours of continuing legal education credit in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, and Wisconsin. We will issue a Certificate of Attendance to Arizona attendees as the State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement.

If you are member of another jurisdiction that does not honor CLE credit from AZ, FL, IL, IN, VA, or WI, we will be happy to provide the materials needed in order for you to apply for CLE credit. Please contact Donna Key, our CLE Coordinator, at donna.key@quarles.com.

Questions? Please contact Sheri Kotas at (414) 277-5402 or sheri.kotas@quarles.com.

Stay tuned for future Labor & Employment breakfast programs.
