James Aquilina will be speaking at an ID5 user session, hosted by the USPTO on October 24, where he will represent both the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). His session will address artificial intelligence (AI) related issues as they pertain to industrial design rights, provide updates on recent activities and discuss practices for examining design applications.
