As part of the Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Product Liability Conference, Dan Long, Partner in the Quarles & Brady Product Liability Practice Group, co-presented a session during the Children's Products Specialty Litigation Group meeting called Common Misunderstandings about Memory: How Science Can Improve Fact Witness Examinations. In this session, he focused on how the memory works, emphasized that an understanding of how the memory works is essential to being able to effectively question witnesses, as well as assessed the reliability of the witnesses’ testimony.
