Daniel Guggenheim will be presenting at the Privacy + Security Fall Academy on October 24. His presentation titled, "Developments in Cybersecurity Law for Healthcare," will discuss recent developments in cybersecurity law, emphasizing those arising in the health care sector or impacting health care providers and vendors. He will also discuss proactive cybersecurity risk mitigation steps companies and organizations in the healthcare sector can take, as well as considerations unique to the sector when a reactive forensic investigation is needed.
