Business Law Training - Did I Really Agree to That? Contractual Indemnification Provisions in Commercial Transactions and How to Minimize The Risk That They Will Come Back to Haunt You
Presentation Overview:
Indemnification provisions are a form of insurance so it is fitting that two of our attorneys who regularly practice in the area of insurance law will discuss how these provisions can be best used - and if your client is the indemnitor appropriately limited - in the context of commercial transactions. They will also discuss the role "real" insurance may play in mitigating the consequences to both parties when an indemnified risk ripens into a claim.
