Brand and Design Protection in Software and Virtual Worlds
As software-based environments grow and evolve, brands and consumer product companies face unique challenges protecting their intellectual property in these “virtual” worlds. This webinar will discuss strategies for the application of trademark, copyright, and design laws to software-based environments.
Continuing Legal Education:
