Abortion Medication Access Post-Dobbs: What Healthcare Providers Need To Know

This webinar will outline the key considerations related to the prescription, dispensing, wholesale, and manufacture of drugs which may be used for purposes of inducing an abortion at both the state and federal levels. Specifically, we will outline representative state laws with an emphasis on identifying key risk mitigation strategies for any entities or individuals involved in handling potential abortion-inducing drugs. Lastly, this webinar will provide a brief overview of the ongoing federal litigation related to the FDA approval of select mifepristone products and the concurrent interpretations of the Comstock Act.
