Continuing Legal Education: 

After the event, Quarles will apply for general continuing legal education credit in U.S. jurisdictions where applicable. This activity is pending approval for California Participatory MCLE credits by the State Bar of California. Participants seeking CLE credit must complete a CLE Attendance Form and return it to Quarles after the event.

Anticipated Continuing Legal Education Processing Time: 

Depending on the jurisdiction, the processing time for course approval is estimated to take between 2-16 weeks.

HRCI: 

This program will be submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review. Participants seeking HRCI credit must complete an HRCI Attendance Form and return it to Quarles after the event.

Financial Hardship Policy: 

This policy relates to full or partial fee waivers for Quarles-sponsored continuing legal education programs. Quarles is committed to providing continuing legal education programs at an affordable price. Program registrants who are unable to afford seminar course fees due to financial hardship may complete an application for a complete waiver or reduced fee.
