2019 ASPL Fall Meeting Developments in Pharmacy Law Seminar XXX

Quarles & Brady was proud to be a Gold Sponsor of ASPL's 2019 Annual Fall Meeting. Roger Morris, partner and National Chair of the Health & Life Sciences Industry Team, presented on the “Case Law Update” session. The presentation explored a variety of pharmacy related state and federal, civil and criminal cases involving employment issues, fraud claims by employees and the government (e.g., False Claims Act cases) negligence (malpractice) managed care, discipline actions by regulatory boards, and controlled substances.
