This session identifies ethical rules and highlights best practices relevant to creating and operating an in-house pro bono program.

  • This session will provide a view from the bench as well as practical suggestions from a panel of experienced in-house counsel who will address issues in operating an in-house pro bono program, including:

This session will address the day to day (and once in a lifetime) ethical traps in-house counsel face, and provide a practical approach to spotting, avoiding, and dealing with them as you go.

Who Should Attend? This seminar is designed for executives, in-house counsel, and other interested corporate executives.

We will provide a form and apply for three hours of ethics continuing legal education credit in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Certificates of Attendance will be issued via email upon program approval.
