Dan is the law school recruiting chair and the summer associate program chair for the Indianapolis office.

• Defends claims involving a wide variety of chemicals/particulates such as asbestos, silica, diacetyl, chromated copper arsenic, thimerosal and coal tar pitch volatiles.
• Serves as national coordinating counsel for clients with serial litigation involving the same product to ensure consistent and efficient representation across cases in numerous jurisdictions.
• Acts as court-appointed liaison counsel in complex multiparty toxic tort litigation to help create local rules and practices that more efficiently allow the parties and the courts to handle numerous cases at the same time.
• Helps clients new to serial litigation with the due diligence necessary to identify potential insurance sources, key witnesses and documents, and to setting litigation reserves.
• Resolves claims across the country for a variety of clients with a wide range of plaintiffs’ attorneys.
