Wide-ranging employment-based immigration support
Caitlin Barden advises clients on the full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters. She works with clients across a variety of industries on issues such as:
- Filing immigrant petitions, including Extraordinary Ability, Multinational Manager, Outstanding Researcher and National Interest Waivers.
- Preparing nonimmigrant visas, including L-1A, L-1B, H-1B and O-1.
- Processing employment-based green card matters, including PERM and Adjustment of Status.
Caitlin gained practical experience as a legal intern in the Social Security Administration’s Office of the General Counsel and as a judicial intern for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
